With years of experience in children’s publishing, we set out to create something truly special: soft, tactile, and washable baby books that little hands can grip, explore, and scrunch again and again.

Our journey began in 2018 with a personal mission. Jo’s niece was born with a visual impairment and disability, and we wanted to make a book she could enjoy safely — one that made a delightful crinkly sound, was easy to hold, and could withstand countless washes. Inspired by this, we designed the first NURSERY TIMES™ newspapers, blending sensory play, early learning, and storytelling into a unique baby toy.
