Shipping / Delivery:
Cute to Boot expects all parcels to arrive at their destination within 2 - 6 business days depending on delivery location and shipping method selected.
Express Shipping should arrive within 1 - 2 business days for all major city centres according to Australia Post timelines (allow 2 - 3 days for remote areas).
Cute to Boot does not accept liabilty for parcels lost once confirmed delivered to their destination. All parcels are sent with Australia Post or courier tracking. We do not accept liabilty for packaging damaged during shipping, we quality check all orders to ensure all items are in perfect order upon shipping.

All our featured items are in stock unless otherwise specified and will be shipped from Cute to Boot except for some Nappy Bags, Baby/Toddler Furniture, some Clothing items and Baby Sleeping Bags which may be shipped directly from the supplier. Nappy Bags & Sleep Bags are shipped via Australia Post or Fastway Courier Services depending on location. Please allow 2 - 6 business days for delivery.
Cute to Boot is committed to providing excellent customer service and we are sure you will love your purchases. We will accept returns of goods that are damaged, faulty or if you have selected the wrong size. Goods can not be returned if you have changed your mind. Where the wrong size has been ordered, simply return to us and we will arrange for the correct size (where available) to be sent to you. Postage will be the responsibilty of the customer. (Note: If you pay via Paypal, you may be eligible for Paypal's Returns Shipping Policy Refund). Please see below for full returns policy and procedure.
WHAT can be returned?
All products purchased from Cute to Boot can be returned if faulty, damaged or you have purchased the wrong size. We do not accept returns if you change your mind. Where the wrong size shoe has been ordered, return the item and the correct size will be sent to you (if available). The shipping cost of the replacement item will be at the expense of the customer unless damaged or faulty. We do recommend you refer to the sizing guides available for each product under the 'Specifications' tab prior to purchases being made. Paying via Paypal will give you the option to claim your retrun shipping costs should you need this feature.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Any item to be returned needs to be approved by us prior to sending the item back. You will receive a return reference number to attach to the item so it can be processed. You have 14 days from date of purchase to contact us should a return be required. Please send all correspondance to email@example.com
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
A return address will be provided with your return reference number.
HOW do customers return items?
Any approved returns can be sent directly to Cute to Boot via Australia post. We do not accept any liabilty for items lost in transit.
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping costs for items that are damaged or faulty will be accepted by Cute to Boot, if you are returning an item due to incorrect size, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
CREDIT for returns?
A store credit will be issued.
Any returns must be in original packaging and undamaged.
